She had that all arranged in advance so we could view the homes with a minimum of wait time. Her advice on options available during the viewings was top-notch and demonstrated her vast experience in the market. As far as advising me on the purchase details of my new home, Yasmine is a shrewd negotiator and was on top of details that someone like me who has not purchased a new home since the 1980s would not be aware of. What I really like is that she acted as a gatekeeper whenever discussions between me and the sales office got bogged down in details that were not pertinent to the sale or my needs. This means that negotiations flowed quickly, smoothly, and always with my interests as a buyer taking primary consideration. Her people skills are par excellence. She built an outstanding rapport among herself, the seller, and me from the minute we arrived at the sales office and has continued to do so throughout the negotiations. She kept me informed and effectively resolved problems and issues. This is a category where Yasmine receives top marks in my book! She makes sure she stays in the loop on all communications among all parties. She is astute at knowing who should or should not see communications between me and her as my agent. Yasmine has pointed out things to me that I would never have known based on her experience - things that would make a significant difference in price and process that are invaluable to me. I feel confident in her ability to guide me through the process without question. She is astute at explaining complex issues related to the purchase in terms that are easy for me to understand. Her demeanor is always professional but with an underlying tone of an agent who truly cares about getting her client the best possible deal in the least amount of time. Yasmine even caught items that needed correcting during the final home inspection that I would have missed and made sure that they were put on the builder's "fix-it" list. For someone like me who only had a little over a month to relocate from one coast to the other, this was of the utmost importance. Without her help, I would be ten times more stressed out getting all of this done considering all the other things I have to do to make the move.
